I have read that some cars will not run without the airbag installed.
Q.~ Is this the case with any of the late model prospective doners (sidekick, tracker, GV etc...)?
I am sure it would just take a jumper to bypass, but I am still makeing a "to do" list for the swap. One of these days, the voices that keep wispering, "2.0, 2.0, 2.0" will get what they want and hopefully go away.
