One more Bash thread

This one is for junque that someone might want or want to get rid of.

I have a strange set of wheels and hubs from some kind of ancient farm equipment. They have a 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern, but only three studs and three holes in the wheels. I can't imagine why anyone would want them, but since I've never seen anything like them before, I hate to toss them into the dump.

I also have a set of automatic hubs from an 84? Dodge Ram Charger which will go to live with the scrap dealer if nobody wants them.

I've got

stock 2 piece axles for an 84 CJ7 (AMC20 widetrack)
a 4wd hardware 2" receiver hitch for an 84CJ7
a stock rear tire carrier for the same 84 CJ7

Free to a good home. I really don't want to pack them unless someone wants them. There may be more in the garage that I just don't remember.

Hmmm. I could have Moser shorten them for $100 or so, and have a set of spares. On second thought . . .

Well I have been trying to give away FREE two sets of stock wide track axles for an AMC20 for months. And both of them will work (one has a set of pretty new bearings - sorry no backing plates).

Anyone, even Jim, coming to the Bash is welcome to them - just ask.

I really don't care if you make mail box stands from them, take them PLEASE !

In going through stuff I also have found a FS Cherokee tie rod that someone should be able to use.

And those axle shafts make good kalonckers. Keep one under the seat for when you have to make a trip to the bad part of town. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well...........
I get to go home next week....
BUT
I have to be back in Wichita early Mon on the 15th....
If I had not been gone from home for so long....
And the bash was not over Mothersday weekend....

I would be able to come......

You're killing me guys...so close, but yet so far.....just not fair....
Ok...next year...and I'm draging Thorr with me..........We'll either go in his jeep (with it's new SOA) or mine (with it's new SBC)...or we will hitch a ride.....

Nothing catastrophic. Just a scratch here and there, getting foggy, and generally seen better days. Mainly want them for spares for when I finally put a branch through mine or can't see through them at all anymore.
So if someone else has an immediate need, they are welcome to them.

It would REALLY be sweet if someone would bring a pair of (CJ?) sway bar links they don't need. Scott - Thorjeep - wants me to make a set of QDs for him.
