Dana 300 Transfer Case

Anybody know why my T-case is pushing oil up out the breather hose?. I know it's not overfilled. I guess it's building up pressure somehow but not sure why.

Seals can be breaking down and fluids between the transmission and the transfer case become common.

So are the fluids in the transmission and the transfer case the same?

I replaced all gaskets and seals when I did the SM465 swap, less than a year ago.
