you could look up the capacity but why- just start filling it till it starts to run out the fill hole or even till you can touch it with your pinky finger. the breather hose is there for a purpose- stick it back in the hole. if it's too loose- cut it back a hair to get a new end or single wrap a piece of elec tape around the end.
