Bestop Duster Question?

I'm looking into getting a duster cover for my Jeep but have a question. I've noticed that they sell two different ones. One for stock softops, and one for Supertops. I have a stock softop, but am going to a Supertop at the end of summer. So I don't want to waste the money on the one for the stock one. Why are they different and do you think I could get by with the Supertop one?

They are different because they are designed to fit over the soft top hardware. I don't know if the Supertop duster fits over the stock hardware. I'm a little disappointed with Bestop because I found out today that they don't make mesh (screen) windows for the Supertop. I was planning on getting a set for the wife's jeep. The next time I replace a top, I'll probably get the sail cloth replacement for the stock hardware.
