electronic throttle restrictor - 2002 Bombardier Quest 50 - Eton 50

Restrictor, Governor

Having trouble disabling this electronic throttle restrictor, governor on a 2002 Bombardier Quest 50, I think it's made by Eton.

This feels like an electric "cut off" because it shuts down and comes back when at full speed, full throttle. Does not act like an exhaust restriction but more like a rev limiter.

Can anyone give me specific instructions or tech support contacts on how to disable this annoying feature?
