Customer service nightmare
So here is the latest. I called today becuase the wire harness I was promised was exactly what I needed was, of course, not. It is only half of what I need. I was on hold so long today I finally had to hang up.
In addition the part I have been told for 5 weeks is in receiving, isn't. They told me today they have no idea when the parts will come in.
The starter I ordered is still in receiving, that will be three weeks that part has been in receiving.
The guy today seemed like a ice guy and I think he actually tried. He put me on hold twice for at least 15 minutes each time. Again the last time I had to just hang up.
