Clutch spring color codes

I have a set of Malossi clutch springs and want the stiffest in the clutch. My problem is the instructions are in Italian and when I get the colors translated it says yellow is the stiffest, but Michelle at Hetricks says the whites are the stiffest, but when I measure the diameter of the spring material, the green ones are about .010" larger diameter??? SO anyone know which ones to use ?

Re: Clutch spring color codes

According to Malossi, for the sport set (item 29-8746), white is the weakest (1.6mm), then green (1.7mm), and yellow is the strongest (1.8mm). For the MHR set (item 29-8747), it's red (2.0mm), blue (2.1mm), and black (2.2mm). The paint thickness may affect the measured thickness.

Hope that helps.
