Scrambler 90 Brake light

The brake light on my Scrambler 90 stays lit and will not go out. It stays on bright like the brake lever is engaged. Any ideas out there?

Re: Scrambler 90 Brake light

hi, check the brake light switch up at the brake lever. it has a plunger that can get bent and not move freely in and out. my nephews machine did this same thing. i popped the switch out and bent the plunger straight and it's worked ever since. i suppose if it's bad enough you will have to replace the switch, but it's not a big deal.

Re: Scrambler 90 Brake light

Mine did the same thing. The rear brake cable LEVER on the rear of the drum was sticking and not returning to its normal position when brake lever preesure was released.I used some WD 40 at the rear lever point and worked this lever back/forth to free it up.Everything is fine now and the brake light is out.
