bombardier mini atv

here is a copy of an e-mail to bomb custoner service about the problems i have had with there products

To whom it may concern.

I AM ONE OF THE UNLUCKY PEOPLE THAT YOU GOT TO BUY ONE OF YOUR ATV'S.
THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT I JUST FOUND SOMEWHERE TO TRADE IT IN !!! I will
let you know that I am taking a lose on it if that makes you feel better.
But in return I will
be posting on every web site that will let me to make sure they know all
about how
great your customer service is and how reliable the atv's your company sells
are! I have had atv's
and motor cycles for 20 years and have never had problems like the ones I
had with this top quality
machine you guys sell !! Well that is ok you got me once !! But you will not
ever get me,'( I am
30 and have 2 kids) Or anyone in my family or anyone I know ever. By the way
my son is 9 and
my daughter is 5 and I will be buying her a bike in a few months. I just
bought my wife a new
bike a Yamaha, I went out and bought myself a new Yamaha raptor was looking
at the ds Baja
but couldn't bring myself to buy it after what happened the first time out
with my sons atv not to
mention the great customer service your company gave me when I had the
problems with it
I am going to up grading my son today since I found a sucker to take this
BOMB off my hands.
My uncle bought a Yamaha banshee he was in the market for a new quad and
like the looks of the
DS650 but after I talked to him and mention the quality of the ds-90 4
stroke not to mention the great
customer service. him and 2 of his buddies bought Yamaha and Suzuki and I
believe there sons and
daughters are getting new atv's soon (I can bet it won't be a BOMB)! Maybe
you should rethink your
quality and customer service.

previous owner of a bomb 90 four stroke

1st trip out:
front wheel fell off (wheel bearings loose)
chain guard fell off (not tighting bolts)
handle bars loose (quality assemble again)

2nd trip out
ran horrible (found out later intake from carb to motor was loose)

other problems:

plastic broke (not from crashing from vibration)

solenoid went (back order 3.5 weeks to get)

new air cleaner (normal upkeep ok, but 30$ for a new one get real)

needs brakes called to order from BOMB direct told to call dealer called
dealer got laughed at
and said prepay and when they get them in anywhere between 2 weeks
to 4 months they would call.

I bought this atv brand new for my son as a birthday present and it has done
nothing
but disappoint him and me from the first time out! Try talking to your
customer service is
like banging your head on the wall. I have had it 1.5 years and happy to
getting rid of it!!

oh by the way my father is going out to get a new bike to this week can you
guess what kind it won't be?

PS: maybe you will see me at Hatfield and McCoy trails or on some trails
somewhere I will be the guy telling
the story about the great kids bike I bought for my sons birthday

Mr. Pregartner,
