what year is my bike???

I have just purchased a bike off ebay and was just wondering what year it was so i can get parts for it etc. it is supposed to be a yamaha 250cc. The number on the frame and the motor is 450-033 301. have had no luck yet with finding anything out.
i have just recently found some info and pics that make me think it might be a dt250a
but
I would appreciate any help

thank you

no way its a DT250A, that would be like 1968, DT's were enduros with oil injection, and the frame would have tabs all over for the oil tank, battery box, lights, etc. yours is some kind of MX250, probably early to mid 70's, prior to the 1977 monoshock YZ250, this bike is popular in vintage racing so you should have no problems finding parts. hope this helps
