Question tracked amphibiun ATV opinion

I have designed, and am going to build a tracked amphibiun ATV. I know they are already out there on the market, but they are extremly expensive to buy.
I have spent months researching, and designing, redesigning, reredesigning...! And I think I finally got it right. I figures out that I can build the thing for about $3000.00, that is track included, and that is without buying the engine and trans (already got them).
It will weigh around 800 lbs, it will be 8' long 55" wide, about 12" of ground clearance. The ground speed will be about 45 mph, and 15-20 knots on the water (we'll have to see when completed). It will have a built in jetdrive for the water.
I was thinkin if everything works out, testing ect... I might sell the plans online.
The opinion I am asking for is do you think there would be much interest in it, that's if everything works out right? Thanks and let me know what you think.
