Carb problems

I have a 98 Big Bear 350 seems to idle low tryed basic way but still doesnt seem to stay idling faster is there a procedure to follow Thanx in advance

Is the low speed (idle) jet stopped up? Some can idle (not very well) off the main jet. Try cleaning it and see. Also, clean the entire low speed circuit through the carb with the idle adjustment screw removed to ensure thorough cleaning. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]
