Re: 2003 Honda Rincon
I currently do not own a Rincon, but hope to very soon. I have ridden one and have a good friend that has one and I am really impressed. Dispite the fact that it does not have a low range and other things that people say it should have I think that I really wouldn't need them. I focus more on overall balance and performance which the Rincon has proven to have by winning the Baja 1000.
I work at a cement factory and they recently purchased a rail car mover that has a 158 HP engine that has basically the same tranny that the Rincon has. It has a hydraulic torque converter and a four speed auto with an ECU that you can manually shift. Of coarse the Rincon is a scaled down version but nonetheless has a great transmission.
Hope I could help.
