solid front axle conversion??? any help.

Hey guys, new to o-r.com but I figured this would be a great place to start!

Seeing if there is anybody who can give me an idea on what the cost and what im in for on 06 crew cab 2500hd duramax solid front axle conversion and a big lift? I have done a few 1500's and 3 pro-comp lifts on a 99-04 f250
and excursion chassis. I found one done (2500hd) and that sparked the interest. Any little bit helps. I know the lift truck drill- buy one, lift it, spend alot of money and lose your ass in the long run for resale. So I would consider buying one already done if it suits my style but wanted to hear the +- of starting from scratch. Thanks from the newbie!
