Can anyone tell me what seats will bolt into 1988 YJ? I have heard Escort seats bolt in, but have never been told anything for sure. Please let me know.

whats wrong the jeep replacement seats available from many outlets? i just bought an 87yj with new seats and they are great.

Consider Pontiac Fiero seats. Not sure how close to "bolt in" they are, might have to fab a little. The great thing is the two speakers in each headrest. I know at least one guy who frequents these boards (LEVE) who has them in his 7. Wish I'd have thought of this a couple years ago before I spent $$ on Super Seats.

almost any chevy seat will bolt in by drilling one hole in the lower seat rail...at least they do in cj's...the seats from a junkyard areVERY cheap compared to aftermarket
