I was wondering if anyone here knew how much a 5-6" lift on a XJ is? It's not for me, my sister wants to buy my 33's off me, but she has a stock setup right now. According to the charts, she needs a 5" lift and fender trimming.

I looked on http://www.4wd.com but after being frustrated for an hour I realised it is a Wranglers only site.

It would all be done by a shop, but for a complete "Drive in stock, drive out lifted" deal how much would It be?

Thnx in advance..

Do you think insurance will cover the carb if it some how "teleports" behind the tires of a 350 with dualies?

A lift more than 4" will start at $1,500 and go higher. You can achive some lift by using the 3.5" coil/leaf lift and then adding a 1" Daystar spacer/shackle lift to that. Click here to see this one before the 33's went on. Also this is a stock XJ with 30"x10.50"x15" with no lift. Hope this will help you some, Ben

Hmm, Yes.

She doesn't need a whole lot of articulation, just needs room for 33/9.5's Daily driver mostly, but she does some off-roading, mostly just trails getting to camp grounds though.
(The kind of stuff you can do in a liberty.)
