Will a whell from \'80s Cherokee fit on CJ7?

I need a spare and found a good wheel and tire cheap at a salvage but am wondering if it will fit on my Jeep.

Small cherokee's have a 4 1/2" bolt circle. Fullsize are 6 lug. And CJ's are 5 1/2" bolt circle.
