Here's what I'm doing.Taking out a AMC 20 rear out of my 77 CJ7 with quadratrac,it has one piece axles and the offset housing.I want to put it under my 79 CJ5 but to do that I have to switch to the Dana 18.I have a D18 out of a 67 CJ5 with a V6-T14.Are all the T14 10 spline or just the 69-70 versions.Or can I take some of the Dana 18 parts and put them on my Dana 20,parts like the shifters and rear out put? Thanks for any answers.

Check the diameter of the hole for the transfer case input. If it's the large hole, about 4", then you can use it w/ the T-150 if you can change the input gear to the 29 tooth 6-spline, spicer #18-8-23. If it's a small hole, you should be able to put all of those gears into the D20 case and use the input gear. I found the 6-splie 29 tooh gear at http://www.jeepdoc.com for $35.95.
