Who makes the best motor mounts???

I am in the process of going to a Chevy V-6 in my 82 CJ-8. However, I do not know which motor mounts to go with. Adavance Adapters, M.O.R.E., Autofab, etc. I know of someone (who is being quite elusive) who made some that uses typical Chevy II motor mounts. Let me know.....

Hey, I have the same question for AMC 304 motor mounts in a cj7. Any info would be greatful. I have seen them for like $200.. is that what I am going to have to pay?

Thanks.

MORE makes some nice looking ones for chevy 6's and 8's. They call them bombproof, so I would guess they are pretty strong.

On the AMC v8, I think you only have to replace one mount and you can get it from 4wd hardware. I don't think it is $200. Look on the page with all the V8 engine parts. I'm pretty sure it says right there what you need for the I6 to AMC V8 conversion (as far as motor mounts go).

It just so happens that I have a 4wheel hardware mag here on my desk at work.

It says that I need to pay the $200 for the motor mounts for the amc 304
