Who makes and adapter between a SM420 and a Dana 300??

I am in the process of getting a SM 420 and plan to work on making my CJ-8 a Rock Crawler. It currently has the Dana 300 transfer case and I was wondering if someone makes an adapter plate to mate the two up or if I am going to have to fabricate something. Let me know.....
