who makes a good heavy duty steering setup that uses hiem joints instead of the factory style?

my steering components are starting to wear out so i'd like to replace them with a heavier duty setup that wont wear out

Don't know about the status of DOT approval or not. Beadlocks are not approved for street use either... but.
I don't run mine on the street except when rolling to the trails and maybe a short jaunt to the package store for refreshments.

Wanted to get this back to the top and ask if anyone had found any more info?
This seems like a great way to lift up some of those components, while using some heavy-duty equipment.
I will try to look up CA's rules...

Why don't you recommend these? (truly a question-not a snotty statement). I have built mine and I think they are stronger than stock. I used automobile quality instead of industrial like originally planned. We use heim joints at work all the time. I think they are easier to change also.
