Except for the top, that's an interesting setup. You could make that metal box extension slide into the back and bolt down where the rear seat currently bolts in, plus you could bolt it to brackets on the roll cage, and have another seat bolted behind the stock seat for third row seating.
Then, unless you need it, you could remove it and toss the whole box in the garage.
