You're two center cylinders are blowing oil , mostly looks like the rings , could be the valve guides or seals . Check the guide seals under the springs to see if they are cracked or blown off . The two end cylinders are semi-burnt , it's either running lean on those two or you really got it hot . Is the head warped ? It should be , judging by the way it looks . I'd bet the ends are raised at least .004" each or worse . Once you fix the head , I'd go looking for the reason it's showing lean on the end cylinders , and the oil problem in the center . Could be nothing more than a plugged pcv blowing the valve guide seals off from crankcase pressure .
