I saw this cover for CJ7's on a jeep for sale. It covers all the open area of the cab using bungies I believe. This looks like a great way to cover my Jeep® in the summer where we get frequent showers and I want to have my hard top off.

Where does one get these covers? (picture attached)

There was a post on this a while back. I would try a search for it because several had them that fit terrible. They were not happy at all. It even had pics of them. So I would say you at least want to find out what not to get.

I don't know about the great part. Before you get your expectations too high, a guy at the office had a similar one on a YJ with half-doors. They don't fit that tight so they sag and fill with water. I've seen his with water 8-10" deep in the center.. He'd have to lift the flap, open the door, duck in, close the door and push up in the center of the cover to get rid of the water. Then he'd get back out and remove the cover.

He saw I was running the bikini top, windjammer and put the upper half-doors in when it rained. I also remove the carpet in the summer. He ordered the bikini top, removed his carpet and never used the cover again.

My Bestop "trail cover" does the same...I started puting a block of wood between the windshield and the roll hoop, this helped but still did not solve the puddling problem. It did however add to the "Too Short" problem the Bestop cover only goes to the body lip and to the top of the half doors. So whatever rain runs off the cover just comes in at the edge of the tub or at the top of the doors... My next cover will be a "BBT" cover.
