Is the 5.0 Ford that easy to get? Even with the 3" lift you list, you'll still want the oil sump in the back to
clear the front differential.

I know Ford engines are easy to get but the sump is usually on the front. Some, if not all Broncos are
at the rear and I don't know about the trucks. I hate to admit that I've spent years in the local Ford
truck plant doing conveyor work and never noticed whether the truck sump is front or rear. I even did
the engine line where you can see them real good but still didn't pay any attention.

TURN OFF THE CAPS, that is considered screaming.

Yeah, the NV4500 is a real good choice, I've got an order in for one with the 6.33:1 ratio. The later
models and all GM had 5:61:1 ratio. That tranny is about $2000 and I've never seen or heard of one
mated to a Ford nor with anything but a Dana 300 or Atlas t-case, but since I have a TPI Chevy and a
Dana 300, maybe I just wasn't paying attention. You can do anything with enough money though and
being different costs $$$.

Oh, and the $2000 is the 5.61:1.
