I went shopping today and found this little project

so we pulled the Dana 80 full floater out paid $175.00 and loaded it in my truck and I took it home

yup, wanted something a little stronger than that weak Dana 60, could have upgraded it but this route will be alot cheaper to do since it has the big axle shafts already

Snapped an axle in the splines, wanted to do 35 spline on it but there is not enough meat to drill out the spindles so I got an 80 to use instead

I gotta say I'm severly dissapointed. I opened this thread hoping to see a funny picture of your XJ on 40's sitting next to some tiny little Honda Prius or somethin at the local Wal-Mart lot. I wanna see a pic like that!

Well the 80 is gone, sold it and now have yet another Dana 60 sitting in the garage which I will sell also soon, Mayby I should just sell diffs for a living
