I finally ordered the RR deluxe coil package after contemplating it for like 3 months. I figured I might as well pick up some alloy steel shafts from calimini at the same time. Now I just gotta wait 3-4 weeks (RR said) and then stick all this [bleep] on my samuri (5.12's, hybrid rear,2 powertrax lockers, coil kit, and the beefy axle shafts.) Does that sound pretty sweet to you guys/girls?

...tick...don't worry i'm just messen with you. better break out the welder and start some tooling time. and alway remember bare metal is good and make them bare spots big. and always mark the work you do. i mostly p*$$ on my weld to get them to cool faster. but hey i'm insane.

i know this sounds like a lot of extra work, but a friend of mine is doing a coil kit on his and says if you take the body off it makes it a whole lot eaisier. just a thought. good luck. from what i've seen of his it's not that complicated as they provide good instructions, but it is VERY involved.

You are right, it is a very involved install. I am doing mine by myself. I bought a welder and got about an hour class and off I went. I definately have some pointers to offer that will make life much easier during the install. Please don't hesitate to ask about anything. As for taking it off of the frame, That is alot of unneeded extra work. Just make sure you use strong jackstands and get it up high off the ground. I would reccomend taking the time and prep as much as you can before your stuff gets there. I'll send you a PM with my phone number. I would love to offer you some advice on the install. It has been very educational!

Well, to be honest with you, Glenn is on his Honeymoon. He just got married. He'll be back in three weeks. Chris and Matt are holding down the fort and if you were to talk to then they are working pretty darn hard to get caught up. Kind of sucks when you fire a few people but the workload is still the same.
