It ONLY gives a valid reading if you follow the instructions in the owner's manual. Typically that includes having it on a level surface, engine and transmission warmed up, engine running and transmission in a specific gear. If you don't follow the instructions exactly, you aren't accomplishing anything.
Weird Tranny....................
This is in regards to my last post about my wierd tranny..................I got out to the parking lot today and decided what the hell lets see what she does......I turned it on and put in in drive and it worked, pulled forward 10 feet, and put her in reverse..........it worked. I didn[t want to push it anymore............does that help anybody in diagnosing my problem? Could it be that I am just low on fluid? and it settled down over night and worked today? Thanks
