yeah its me again.... hehehehee, guys im getting weird noises down my truck, it happens in two different things (god my english suck, hope you understand what i mean),

first:

the front suspention makes a noisy but simple click when it flex, what should i check?

second:

when im using 4wd, every time i release the cluch it makes a very similar click, and i think that noise comes from the transfer case, again, what should i check, may it be the gearbox bolts? (manual transmition)

and also, what kind of oil does the transfer case use?

I would check your tranny and engine mounts to see if the rubber is cracked first, then all the u-joints and slip-joints in the driveshafts by removing them. It's hard to say from your brief description. The transfer case uses plain automatic transmission fluid (ATF), nothing special. I think that's true for just about any modern transfer case from any auto maker.
