Website to post all the old \"topics\"

Is there a way that we can come up with a website to put all the old topics on? Like the YJ FAQ could include a whole section on lift-kits. Which ones there are, their good and bad points, etc. This way we could send people to that site instead of replying to the same question for the umpteenth time. Its never a stupid question, just a common one, so it gets old.... I'd be willing to put in about an hour a day to work on and maintain such a site, or even start one up myself using Geocities. This would require people to write a review on a product they are using, some technical data, lots of contact information, etc.... I've started something similar for a mailing list I'm on about Seafarer Sailboats...so I could give this a try too. This isn't too off-topic for everyone here is it?

No, I think that you hit a key point this site lacks. I would be willing to help in any way I can to get a site like that up and running. Just drop me a line sometime.

Great idea. I'll admit that I've been less than helpful at times on some of the subjects that I've answered over & over in the past (on the Toy board, anything relating to V-8 swaps for example). It'd be great if we could clip the better threads & store them in folders or something like that. Or maybe we could just clip the links to the various threads rather than storing the entire conversation (since it's already stored here, just several pages back in some cases).
