Wanted..any one have a set of 4.27\'s?

I thought I start a new thread on this..

I need one used 4.27 r/p with a carrier for a 30-spline d44. I am trying to save some bucks in order to do as mnay upgrades as possible.

There was a set on ebay motors about a week ago. Not sure if it sold or not. Might want to check there first. I usually do a general search for "dana 44" and look at what comes up.

i know you said your tring to save money but on the rear i would suggest new gears if your interested i can get you new yukon brand ones for $145.00 plus shipping as they normally retail for around $170.00

Ryan.... I will definitely call you if I don't find one more reasonably priced used set. I try to patronize my fellow posters and the fact that you offer reasonable prices helps, too.

Sadly, the jeepster budget is at the point where a $100 here and there does make a big difference. I have an 11 month old and a 3 yr old and a wife, who maybe doesn't see the jeepster project as the having the same monetary worth as things like giant back-yard swingsets.
