Hello,

I want to keep the nice little mag wheels that I'm still paying for that came on my TJ, but want to put 31x10.50 tires on them.

To avoid rubbing, I was thinking of a small coilspacer lift and wheel spacers to push the wheels out slightly.

**So what would a good wheel spacer width be for 31x10.50 tires on 7inch factory wheels?**

Thanks all,
Fritz

You don't need either the spacer lift nor the wheel spacers for those tires. If they rub you just adjust the steering stops. You can fit 33x9.50 without any mods (it'll look funny) ..the 31's should not be any problem at all. You're within the range for the rim width as well ..although you might want to pick up a set of Gamblers or Canyons (15x8).

The wheel spacers will probably cost you as much as new wheels would cost. I'd put your wheels up on e-bay and get a nie set of aftermarket wheels, people have been getting the 589 style wheels for $65 a piece.
