Kid, I'm running Mobil 1 full synthetic. Have been for about 7,000 miles or so. Working great for me, but my truck only has 92,000 miles on it. I wouldn't do it with yours. Some good quality dino goo, Mobil is my favorite, a quality oil filter, I like Mobil 1 and AC Delco filters, and oil changes every 3,000 miles will do you fine.
