Should be vac and centrifugal. Timming I believe was 8degree btdc. But with any mods your best timming maybe slightly different. I used to have to run 18, yes 18 btdc on my 304. There is also a question to whether or not the harmonic ballancer timming mark can slip. Due to the rubber spacing. People have said 18 is too much but after looking at it changed their mind.
