What are the best ways to notch round tubing for making joints with other round tubing? I have access to a drill press, angle grinder and band saw. I want to make accurate tight fitting joints to practice my tigging on. I tried the two cuts at 45 degrees using the bandsaw, but made many errors in making the two cuts.

I use a notcher from Harbor Tools - uses a hole saw.
And I also use a nibbler type - from Lo Bucks Tools. Also good - very fast.

I find it's always necessary to dress the ends up a little anyway. For that I use a 4" grinder, and an air die grinder.
