Got a 86 trx250r.
- high compression head gasket .01 (or is it .001) thickness. its paper thin
- ported and polished
- v-force 3 reeds
- fmf gold exhaust

When its cold it screams but when it gets hot I think its preignitioning. The plug looks fine - but i haven't been pushing it like a want to. I think the main jet is a 120.
93 octane gas all the way. mixture isn't exactly 32:1 but is pretty close (maybe 34 or 35:1)
It there a way to adjust timing on these? should my jet be bigger? Any ideas
