Has anyone added a transmission temp gauge on a 4L60E tranny? If so does anyone know of a good kit? Maybe the autometer a piller gauge pod?

yup, been done before - try a search. or i could just tell ya to put the temp guage in the little diagnostic port on the tranny(marked by a bolt in the hole). then get a pillar pod from summit as well as a tranny cooler. i like B&Ms super cooler for $59

I've got a tranny temp and engine oil temp gauge in my truck. Bought the auto meter ultra lite gauges, electric. Real good kit easy to install.

I also got a pillar pod for them.
