I have a 78 CJ7 with quadra junk, and a TH400, I want to get rid of the quadra junk, is there any way I can do it without getting rid of the transmission also. FYI i'm putting on 36inch swamper, and I already have 2 dana 44 scout axles. I don't have anything on yet, but I'll put it all on as soon as I find out the answer the my questions
email me at [email protected]

thanks

find a factory adapter or aftermarket adapter and the output shaft to go from the th400 to the dana 20 transfer case. personally, after the snow we had last weekend, i'm glad i have a quadratrac.

I have a TH400 from a Commando with the factory adapter to a dana 20 transfer case (have the dana 20 too). It sat behind a 304. I'm asking $80 for the tranny (60 for the xfer case). They would work great with your centered diff scout axles. Let me know.....

sounds like a resonable offer, even if they need rebuilding.
