A friend is buying a fuel injected 94YJ 6cly, he has seen how good my TR up grade works and wants to put it on the 94YJ he is buying, will it work on the new fuel injected Jeep?

I dont think so and why would he need it. Dont those Fi jeeps already have a high output coil in them.

I need to get a girlfriend I'm getting to close to my jeep.

No it won't work. The distributor body is totally different and won't accept the bigger cap and rotor. You can't change the distributor either as it is computer controlled.

Although the dist's are different, there is a large Ford cap adapter that will fit. The stock 4.0's use a Lucas dist, but it was modeled after the Motorcraft housing. I have one on my stroker. I don't know if the part numbers are the same, but there is one that fits.
