The detroit was installed.It seems to have a little jerk in it around corners but not to bad,can't wait to get it in the rocks.Ended up having to change all the bearings in the rear end, a few more $$$$$'s but thats ok, It's in!!!!!!!
Great, but you shoulda done it yourself! /wwwthreads_images/icons/smile.gif But, I guarantee your gonna love the traction. The built in backlash is what takes some getting used to.
I have about fifty miles on my rear Detroit and love it. Last night put the front shaft in to check out my new "true" four wheel drive (put a lokrite in the front) and that's tough. I couldn't hardly steer at all in four by. It's gonna be different on some of the mountain trails; that twin stick will finally be worth the money.
