Last nite when I was putting the carrier back in the front diff on my CJ-7 I was having a heck of a time getting both bearing races
to go into their seats. After about 10 minutes or so of struggling with the carrier, I got frustrated and said, "I'm going to get the
case spreader." The races immediately fell into where they belong. I guess Jeeps do listen. /wwwthreads_images/icons/laugh.gif

I talked, Jeep listened and answered and the doc said 'sok - my bimmer talks to me, too.

always give your jeep attention. they dont break down as often. dont just leave it in the garage either. they need to interact with other jeep or they start to lose their identity. cant have that happen. if you ignore them they change into explorers. please dont let that happen.

Over the years, I've said many things to my Jeeps. Taught them many a "slang" term, too.

I've had Jeeps for over 25 years, had my wife only a year longer, and I'm sure my Jeeps hear twice as much of what I say than my wife does.

BTW: Neither of them has ever answered me. At least not with anything I wanted to hear.......

/wwwthreads_images/icons/smile.gif I talk to my ZJ alla time, like I plead with it to not need chains put on. It usually doesn't unless I really screw up and get it in hopelessly deep and hopelessly wet snow. Then once the chains are on we head for even deeper snow,/wwwthreads_images/icons/crazy.gif looking for other FWDs that we can zoom right by while they dig....and dig....and dig.../wwwthreads_images/icons/crazy.gif
