Is the weatherbelt on the tailgate the only seal to keep water out?Mine is leaking water past the window seal into the tailgate.

Between the inner and outer weather strips and the rubber end caps.....Yea that is what is to keep most of the water out. It will let some in that is why there is drain holes in the bottom. Ford is the best place to get them. The two strips will cost you $70 out the door. I havn't replace the two small ones yet.
