i was wondering if any of yall knew of a way to get my tailgate to open i have a 89 4x4 jimmy but tha tailgate wont open at all so if u can help me it would be a big help thxs

If you know what the fix was why don't you just save him and others the time? I thought that's what this forum was for.

And why dear sir should he not do as is suggested to any newbie such as yourself and to any not so newbie and do a search before asking a question that may have already have been discussed to save me and others the time involved in answering the same question repeatedly.
Do you suggest that every two weeks I should tell the latest arrival that he can put 31's on with a 3" body lift?
