I just spent a couple of days trying to make some quick disconnects myself. After screwing around and trying to drill my sway bar ends, I drove the Jeep around without the sway bar connected. I am not going to make quick disconnects anymore, I am just going to remove the sway bar completely. I have a Pro-Comp lift which is pretty stiff maybe that is why I can't tell if the bar is on or not. For now it is off.
