rebuilt my 88 rm250. after the rebuild she wont kick only jump-start until she warm then shell kick. but the bike is unrideable due to a ridiculously high idle. sounds like it bouncing off the limiter a little bit. but i cant tune it down with the air fuel screw or the idle screw. im thinking fuel problem (stick float or throttle valve maybe) but my buddy said check the reeds. has anybody had something like this happened or can point me in the right direction for both the idle and the start situation.
