If you have time to drive 115 miles east on I-20 and remove the pistons, there is a 1.3L engine on my garage floor. I was told it was a good engine as far as they knew. Someone has written '87 on the top. I do not have time to fool with it the next couple of weeks.

You will have to take the piston out of the motor. You can have the piston N/C. Sorry I don't have time to open the engine at this time.

If you don't need the piston before Saturday, bring a friend or friends and come to "my view" over looking Gladewater. I will have four junkers in very different levels of service for some of my friends to test drive. All I ask of them is a report (verbal) on what they like, don't like, and think I should do modification wise.

I will take the rod and piston out there Saturday morning. You can bring your own rig if you like, and even go to Barnwell (30 minutes north) if you don't like what we are doing. We will have a fire and hot dogs Sat. night.

There is no electricity.

Just pick up the piston and leave and my feelings will not be hurt. EO

PS Just thought someone in this area might read this and get in touch---riding alone is no fun---well, not as much fun.

north on hwy. 135 off I-20 about 6 miles to FM 2207
east .9 mile
left through the double brown gates and follow the dirt road about .5 mile
