In my CJ5 with manual steering the steering wheel is turned about 1/4 of a turn from where it should be, How can I get it back to the position that it should be. The steering is not that bad to drive with but is just bothers me that the cross bar points up down not side to side.

check and see if all of your tie rod ends are good, if they are, just take the wheel off and turn it a bit and re-install it

I checked the ends and everything seemed tight. I did not know if I had to do something else or not. Thanks

You need to check to see if your pitman arm is in the center of its travel when the wheels are strait. If not, you can adjust the drag link accordingly.

Sounds like a steering shaft problem. Start checking at the fire wall and follow it down to the steering box, then check everything else from there.
good luck
