The number of leaves in a spring pack don't determine the lift. If JCW doesent list them as a "Lift Kit" they are probably stock ride height springs. More leaves in a pack will (generaly) give a better ride than less leaves of a similar ride ht.
ie: 7 leaf 2.5" lift will ride better than 4 leaf 2.5" lift.
