Could you do me the biggest favor?! Let me know how you like them and what you think of them! I want to buy the RE 4.5" kit too but haven't really found many that have it. Give me an e-mail when you get them and are done! Let me know also how hard it was to install, assuming you installed yourself.

1993 Wrangler 4.0/5spd, all stock...but not for long!!!!

No prob. I should get them about Wed. of next week. They will probably go on that night, if I can talk my buddy out of his lift that night. I am sick and tired of those Pro-comp so called springs. It is like you are riding directly on the axels. Will let you know shortly.

I have the RE 4.5 on my 93YJ running 35" Goodyears... I love the lift... The highway ride is a lot better then what I had before (RE 4"kit)
The flex is great... I've added the Rancho RS9000's and couldn't be happier... I'm running 4.11's with a EZ-Locker in the rear...
This is the third suspension under my Jeep and so far it has been the best!!!!

Any particular reason why you didnt go to an SOA suspension with all of the lift your looking for?? They ride smoother and flex more than any brand of spring lift. Just curiouse.

I considered it, but my driveshaft is at such an angle now that I didn't want to go but just as high as I needed to. I have new axels and considered waiting and going SOA when I did the axel swap with OME 2.5" springs. This, along with the increased axel wrap inherit with a SOA setup, convinced me to stay SUA. For me this just seamed the way to go.

There is a CJ7 in Reno that did the SOA using OME 2.5" springs. It is a very good set up. Hey, I was just curiouse. There are some very good SUA suspensions out there also. I just couldnt get any of the off the shelf 4" kits to work, for what I was looking to achieve. I tried Pro Comp, Rancho, and Superlift, in one form or another over a period of about 2 years.
